Project Details:
Promotional material for the Dynamic Earth exhibition that would take place during 2010 as part of the International Year
of Biodiversity. It’s aim; to celebrate the journey of a landscape through time. Imbalance in the environment is often seen in a negative light however the natural changes and fluctuations also
have a positive element.
The identity for this event was based around how sediment layers form with the type showing through to the layer beneath.
A series of 8 posters were produced which would be displayed to illustrate key facts showcasing extreme imbalances with additional text to explain them. A more hands on approach was needed to illustrate the tactile extreme elements. An exhibition guide would accompany these giving further details of each imbalance and where to find them around the world.
